You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. maju99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
You warrant that all information provided to maju99 during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly notify maju99 of any changes to your registered contact information. maju99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
Your maju99 account is personal to you and must not be operated by, shared with, or transferred to any other person. Any wager placed via your account is your sole responsibility regardless of who placed it, unless access was obtained through a security breach you have reported to maju99 promptly.
maju99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, Maybank2u (FPX), and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). maju99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in cryptocurrency.

All bets placed on the maju99 platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant game or event. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these General Terms, the specific rule shall prevail.
maju99 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds or game settings (manifestly incorrect odds, technical glitches, software errors). Maximum payout limits apply on a per-game and per-event basis. These limits are disclosed within the relevant game or betting market. maju99 is not obligated to pay out winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits even if a bet technically qualifies for a higher return.
All game results on the maju99 casino are determined by certified RNG systems or live physical events (in the case of live dealer games). maju99 does not alter game results post-completion. Sportsbook results are settled based on official result information from recognised sports governing bodies and data providers.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. maju99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonus funds forfeited and their account suspended or permanently closed.

maju99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. maju99 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify Members of planned maintenance periods in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maju99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or inability to access your account due to technical failure or scheduled maintenance.
maju99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or RM 5,000, whichever is lower.
maju99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account, with or without notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; AML compliance requirements; or at maju99's sole discretion where continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk to the Platform.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting maju99 support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance net of applicable bonus conditions will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts closed at Member request remain subject to ongoing AML record-keeping obligations.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and anti-money laundering obligations shall survive the termination of a Member's account and these Terms.
maju99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which maju99 is licensed to operate.
